We are a collective of more than 50 yoga teachers from all backgrounds and spiritual journeys sharing the belief in the transformational power of yoga.Business school graduate, ex-tech consultant, meditation evangelist. Having spent a long time in the corporate world building a posh career and teaching colleagues meditation, now come to the consensus to help people heal and connect with their inner beings. Not a single day has passed by without his craving to enthuse people around him with the lightness of his being. A birth blind man wouldn't know what colours are, in the same way many humans are unaware of the unconsciousness that they are trapped in. Meditation is a tool to come out of this!
Encountered yoga a few years ago during her studies of Economics when she was looking for a method to calm her mind, relax tensions in her body. When working as a consultant after her studies, yoga helped her to counteract the mind driven and stressful daily life. At Green Yoga she teaches Yin Yoga and Hatha to help other people overcome mental and physical ailments. Her classes focus on mostly enhancing body awareness - focusing on your inner energy field does not only bring you into the here and now but also unify your body, mind and soul.
Giulia grew up in Italy where she completed her studies in Law. She is an idealist and she believes we can change the word by transforming ourselves. She started practicing yoga as a teenager and in Berlin she completed her 3 years Iyengar Yoga TTC in 2018. She teaches Hatha Flow, Yoga Improvisation (Yoga meets dance) and plays the gong. She is a performing artist at the Music Ashram. Don´t be surprised to dance or sing mantras in her classes without missing a deep and aligned yoga practice and meditation.
Grew up in Berlin and completed Law, Economics and Praxeology Studies in his hometown and Madrid. He has always been engaged with dancing arts and all kinds of ball sports. As a certified Hatha and Vinyasa teacher since 2018, he teaches Ecstatic Dance, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga as well as Yoga Nidra and Meditation. Also trained in Reiki, Hypnosis, he plays the drums and organizes ecstatic dances and different workshops in and around Berlin. Don't be surprised to scream, run, sing and dance in his classes taught in English.
Grew up in Brazil and started practicing Yoga in Italy in 2006. As a certified Hatha, Ashtanga and Pre/Postnatal teacher, Sabrina combines vinyasa, pranayama, alignment, meditation, Sanskrit and mantra chanting in her practices. Her Guru said: ‘Knowledge, when accepted and shared, never dies.’ She lives to learn continuously and share her knowledge, helping others spread positivity, light, compassion, gratitude, and a sense of union in everyday life.
Strives to help others to live, breathe and move with awareness and to give as a teacher what she receives from others. Completed her teacher training in Bali in 2018 with focus on Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of devotion. She is dedicated and devoted to her practice and teaches Yin, Vinyasa, meditation and Hatha. Half Tunisian, half Lebanese, Safwen always felt he belonged to the earth not to one country. His injuries from 15 years as a martial artist led him to discover yoga in 2012. In 2018 he decided to deepen the practice through teacher training in India. Afterwards, he spent a year travelling seeking spiritual growth from different cultures. He combined his love for travelling and engineering skills with teaching yoga. Join his restorative yoga classes.
Get out of one's head and into the body; find space between chattering and consciousness. Adrian first came to yoga in the late ‘90s in NYC and considers himself blessed to have had many amazing teachers since then. The foundation of his practice is Ashtanga and trained in 2016 in Mysore, India. He's also inspired by the Dharma Yoga practice as it acts as a wonderful compliment to the Ashtanga. He offers options for students with each pose and helps students find their edge so they might experience this for themselves.
Started doing yoga 10 years ago due to her asthma problems. Since then, she has never stopped practicing. Yoga teaches her how to be more aware of her own breath, becoming her lifestyle to find balance, presence, patience, not just a physical practice. She did her TTC in Berlin and studied yoga in Rishikesh. In her Vinyasa Flow classes, she combines creative sequencing to help students deepen their practice, feel the connection with themselves and others off the mat.
