Gentle Flow
In the first part, a soft and gentle vinyasa flow finds space for deep breathing to take place, in the second part a mindful stretching. A mix in between a vinyasa and a yin practice, less rigid form for both body and mind giving you space to stretch, move and breathe. Best for beginners.
